The guestrooms hold their historic charm, but it’s the restaurant that surprises; it’s decidedly not small town.

With our new bar area, refurbished dining room and state of the art kitchen, we offer elevated dining without being too fancy – excellent food, great wines, and a pleasant atmosphere indoors and outdoors. Kristen Zagranski, our Executive Chef, makes great use of that new kitchen with offerings that delight.

About The Restaurant

Chef Kris has 39 years of chef experience and spent her last few years in New Zealand. Her menu offerings (see below) are better than ever! The dining room and outdoor courtyard dining are open for the summer and can seat and serve more people than ever! The courtyard is a favorite dining spot during warm sunny days with beautiful flowers and glistening aspens. We host musical acts most days under the Big Tent.

Situated in the beautiful Rocky Mountain wilderness, Chef Kris sources many of our products locally. We are pleased to offer choices for most all food intolerances and even have a pet menu! Our bartenders often have themed special drinks to pair with our usual nightly specials.

No Signature/Left Behind/Customer Dash Fee: Any customer that does not sign their credit card, or leaves without paying, but we have a payment form will incur a “No Signature/Left Behind/Customer Dash Fee, an 18% “service fee”,  added to the total check amount.

Any party of 6 or more people will be charged a “Large Party Service Fee” of 20% of the total check amount.

We can only split checks up to four times per table.
